Managing Partner
Uģis brings over 20 years of experience in the Baltic banking and insurance sectors, having held leadership roles at top institutions. His career includes serving as Chairman of the Board at SEB Life and Pensions, as well as at CBL Life and Citadele Pension Fund, and he has been a management board member at Balta and Deputy CEO of Industra Bank. Uģis holds an MBA from Riga Technical University.
Māris Mančinskis
Partner
Māris has over 30 years of extensive experience in banking, finance, and investment management. His expertise includes strategy development, change management, corporate restructuring, as well as project financing and real estate investments. Previously, Māris served as CEO of Swedbank Latvia and as a Member of the Board of Directors at KOOL Latvija. He is currently a co-founder of the asset management company VAIRO IPAS, a Member of the Supervisory Board at CleanR Grupa, and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at AGROLATS Holding. Māris holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University, New York.
Guntars Reidzāns

Guntars has over 30 years of experience in the Baltic banking sector, having held influential roles at institutions like GE Money Bank, Industra Bank, and Swedbank, where he served on the management board and led the private banking division. Currently, he is alsoa Chairman of the Supervisory Council at Latvijas Gāze. Guntars holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Latvia and an Executive MBA from Riga Business School.
Olga Muhanberga

Olga brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, leasing, and property management, holding senior leadership positions across the sector. Throughout her career, she has led and represented multiple real estate companies, gaining extensive expertise in driving business growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
Currently, Olga also serves in board-level roles within the APL Estate group companies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Administration and has further enhanced her knowledge through studies in jurisprudence.
Arturs Miezis

Arturs has over 19 years of professional experience in the Baltic financial market and asset management institutions, and he has been Investment Manager at INVL Asset Management with over EUR 250m in assets under management and served as a Portfolio Manager at DNB Markets Latvian unit. Arturs has also been COO of Amenda Markets an FCMC licensed MiFID Investment Firm with EU registrations (BaFin etc) and CEO of 3rd pillar pension fund company INVL atklātais pensiju fonds. Arturs is a graduate of Stockholm School of Economics in Riga with MBA (Executive format) degree, as well as holds B.Sc. in Economics from University of Latvia, LL.M. degree studies in Law and Finance from Riga Graduate School of Law.
