Arturs has over 17 years of professional experience in the Baltic financial market and asset management institutions, and he has been Investment Manager at INVL Asset Management with over EUR 250m in assets under management and served as a Portfolio Manager at DNB Markets Latvian unit. Arturs has also been COO of Amenda Markets an FCMC licensed MiFID Investment Firm with EU registrations (BaFin etc) and CEO of 3rd pillar pension fund company INVL atklātais pensiju fonds. Arturs is a graduate of Stockholm School of Economics in Riga with MBA (Executive format) degree, as well as holds B.Sc. in Economics from University of Latvia, LL.M. degree studies in Law and Finance from Riga Graduate School of Law.

Extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions including large scale investment and development projects. Years of experience in the development of residential projects, marketing and sales team management. Managing partner at Starlex Real Estate – one of the leading real estate brokerage companies in Latvia. Specializes in residential / commercial property investment and development projects – managing sales transactions, developing portfolio investment strategies and raising portfolio value. B.Sc. degree in Law.
Auseklis Sarkans

Since 2011 Auseklis has worked with business and real estate valuation and financial analysis as well as development of business strategies and plans. Experience in asset management and financial restructuring. Specializes in real estate investment and development project advising – developing business strategies and plans, developing marketing and sales strategies, financial planning and modeling for real estate investment and development projects, portfolio and asset management strategies. B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and M.Sc. degree in Real Estate Development and Management from Riga Technical University.
Agija Tiknuse
Property Manager
Agija has over 18 years of experience in the leading real estate companies in Baltics, and she has been Property Manager at BPT Real Estate (offices and shopping centers) and a Lease Manager at Akropole Riga (shopping center). Agija has also been Lease Manager at Baltic RED (DOMINA Shopping Centre) and a real estate broker at Balsts real estate. B.Sc. in Management from University of Latvia, M.Sc. degree in Real Estate Development and Management from Riga Technical University.
