On 5th of October, the Council of the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) decided to register Hanseatic Alternative Investments AIFP as an Alternative Investment Fund Management company
Upon registration with the FCMC, Hanseatic Alternative Investments AIFP is entitled to commence activities as a registered alternative investment fund manager and to provide alternative investment fund management services and ancillary services.
Hanseatic Alternative Investments AIFP intends to manage one closed-end alternative investment fund, which will implement a real estate investment strategy with a residential real estate investment sub-strategy.
